Josh Holtzman

CEO / Founder

Josh, also known as “Cap” on site, co-founded twenty6 productions with 12+ years of experience throughout the music & event management industry. His career began while operating a merchandise company which worked closely with touring artists to meet their needs on the road. From there his career grew into artist management, touring, booking, and business management. In 2014 he set his sights on a newly opened business, Buffalo Iron Works, and successfully took it from a local bar into a nationally recognized live music venue hosting over 250 concerts, private events & fundraisers each year. His work within the venue has allowed a once abandoned historic building to become a valuable asset in the resurgence of downtown Buffalo, NY. As of 2019 he’s been made a partner and director of operations at the venue.

In addition to Iron Works, Josh is a founding member and executive director of the Cobblestone Live Music & Arts Festival, which sees over 6,000 in attendance each year. The festival takes place on the streets of the Historic Cobblestone District of Buffalo, NY. In 2018 he was hired as a consultant and site operations manager for the Borderland Music Festival in East Aurora, NY which brought in over 8,000 people in its inaugural year. Since then he’s been promoted to festival project manager and will oversee each department for the event. In 2018 he was hired to manage, consult and operate a summer concert series apart of Larkin Square’s free public events. He’s also sat as a board member for Music is Art, a not for profit organization dedicated to exploring and reshaping music’s cultural, social and educational impact on the community. Throughout his career he’s had his hands in everything from event production, site operations, talent buying, marketing, staff management, finances, business operations and more. When Josh isn’t diving in head first to new & current projects you’ll find him training in the boxing ring, watching Star Wars/Marvel Movies and spending time with family and friends.
