Elevating Fan Engagement with Experiential Activations

Over the course of the 2023-2024 season, Twenty6 Productions collaborated with the Buffalo Bills and M&T Bank to bring an immersive, on-site experiential activation to life. Our task was to transform a typical game day into an interactive adventure for fans. Inside a 30-foot high tent, on a replica of the Bills’ home turf, fans were treated to a unique digital experience. By scanning a QR code, they could see themselves dancing virtually alongside the Bills mascot, creating an unforgettable moment and an enhanced pre-game buzz.

Our team managed a wide range of behind-the-scenes tasks, ensuring a seamless operation and an unparalleled fan experience. This involved coordinating the activation labor force, handling operational activities, and maintaining high performance and safety standards. We also oversaw the detailed setup and teardown of the activation for each event, ensuring that all systems, including an immersive LED video wall and elements of branded turf, functioned optimally.

In addition to managing the on-site activation, we took care of the year-round storage and maintenance of all activation assets. This included everything involved in the activation, from the tents and tables to the high-tech equipment, ensuring they were well-cared for and ready for use when the next season rolled around.
